About the Position
Join our team as an LPN and provide compassionate, person-centered care to adults and seniors in our Adult Day Program. You’ll work closely with participants, families, nurses, doctors, and other team members to support their health and well-being.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor participants’ health and wellness.
- Complete health assessments.
- Give medications and treatments as ordered.
- Help create and follow individual care plans.
- Provide health education and wellness support.
- Communicate with nurses, doctors, families, and other care team members.
Help maintain a safe and caring environment.
What You Need
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current Massachusetts LPN license.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Caring, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care.
