Life Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm is seeking a Life Insurance Agent Team Member to support customers with insurance and financial service products. The role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying needs, educating customers about insurance options, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and meeting marketing goals.

What you'll do:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

What they're looking for:

• Knowledge of life products
• Life and Health license (must have currently)
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
