Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support its E-Commerce team. The role focuses on managing digital communication channels, coordinating email campaigns, maintaining accurate product information, and contributing to A/B testing, SEO, business automation, and broader digital experience initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Support the ongoing management and optimization of digital communication channels, including AI-driven experiences, to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with customer needs
• Partner with Merchandising team and vendors to maintain accurate and complete product details across the digital experience
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and handoff of email creative assets to ensure campaigns are production-ready and launched on schedule
• Assist with lifecycle campaign and workflow execution through coordination with email designers and developers
• Identify and report website bugs or issues to the appropriate teams to ensure a smooth and reliable online experience
• Support A/B testing and business automation initiatives by helping review setup and execution
• Contribute to SEO efforts by ensuring accurate product content and optimizing on-page elements for search visibility
• Create dashboards and status updates to help manage and communicate progress across multiple initiatives
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer behaviors and needs to inform engagement strategies

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in marketing, business administration, English, communications, or interior design
• 1+ year(s) of related work experience in marketing or web analytics and project management
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Knowledge of web analytics is a plus
