Listings Strategy Analyst

Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE Group Inc) is hiring an Analyst for its Listings Strategy and Execution Team. The role focuses on producing customized pitch decks and sales presentations for prospective issuers, conducting company and industry research, interpreting financial and market data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the global listings business.

What you'll do:

• Produce custom pitch decks and marketing proposals for C-level audiences, managing projects from ideation through final delivery
• Partnering with Trading, Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams to identify solutions that meet client needs and business goals
• Conduct company and industry specific research to understand market quality, competitive positioning, and key business themes that inform presentation content
• Research and interpret financial and market data from multiple sources to create clear, accurate, and compelling presentations
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of TXSE's product offerings to tailor programs to our for diverse client needs

What they're looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Snowflake or Python is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment
• Experience with financial research tools and exchange-level market data
• Familiarity with capital markets and IPOs
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or corporate development
