The work we do together advances the world’s technology. ## Team Overview - AGS Logistics – Service Strategy is a global team focused on transforming logistics operations through Network Optimization, Automation, and AI/ML-driven solutions. We partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, and decision-making across the supply chain, delivering innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and business impact. ## Key Responsibilities - Support AI/ML and data-driven solutions for logistics and warehouse operations. - Analyze large datasets using data mining, analytics, and visualization tools to identify insights and improvement opportunities. - Develop and evaluate network optimization models to improve supply chain efficiency and service performance. - Build and run simulation models to assess operational scenarios and support strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and implement scalable solutions. - Contribute to automation initiatives that enhance operational productivity and visibility. ## Technical Skills - AI/ML fundamentals and model development. - Gen AI/ RAG /LLM tools - Data mining, data analytics, and statistical analysis. - Python, SQL, Process Mining and Simulation tools and related analytics tools. - Operations Research, Optimization, and Simulation techniques. - Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills. ## Requirements / Education - Bachelors Degree in Data Science / Business Analytics / CS / Statistics / Data Analytics / AIML - GPA of 3.25 or above preferred - Experience in one or more of these areas would be great: Gen AI tools, Logistics / Supply Chain Understanding, Python, Statistics
