Logistics Operations Analyst/Sr. Analyst - Baytown, TX

The Logistics Operations Analyst/Sr. Analyst will own and execute Product Warehouse and Yard operations in Baytown through continuous improvement, supply management, project execution, and performance monitoring. The role will support safe, efficient, and reliable logistics execution.

What you'll do:

• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance Product Warehouse and Yard operational performance
• Manage Yard execution projects, including infrastructure repairs, operational improvements, and logistics optimization initiatives
• Coordinate the procurement, inventory control, and invoice management of critical warehouse and yard supplies
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to measure warehouse efficiency and operational performance
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels
• Support the planning and execution of warehouse and yard projects, including budget tracking, timelines, and resource coordination
• Ensure adequate availability of critical supplies and materials required for warehouse and yard operations
• Coordinate training plans and development activities for the Baytown Product Warehouse team in partnership with the Training Unit
• Protect from damage, theft, or misuse of the facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to the area

What they're looking for:

• Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management , or a related field
• Up to 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of data analysis, and KPI monitoring
• Working knowledge of project planning, organization, and follow-up
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Initiative, organization, and a continuous improvement mindset
