KidzStuff Child Care is seeking a caring, dependable, and flexible Long-Term Substitute Teacher to provide consistent classroom support during an extended staff absence. This is a great opportunity for an educator who enjoys building relationships with children while providing the stability and structure they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent classroom routines, lesson plans, and daily schedules.
• Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain classroom organization, required documentation, and daily records.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and administrators.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure continuity of care and learning.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting preferred.
• Must meet applicable MSDE/OCC requirements for the classroom assigned.
• Required training and certifications must be current or obtained as required.
• Must successfully complete required background and health clearances.
