DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position supports the success of Lottery retailers by guiding sales efforts, training store staff, and helping promote Lottery products across the assigned district. As a Lottery Sales Representative, you will perform the following duties:
- Retailer Recruitment: Seek new retailers and assist them in completing licensing requirements
- Sales Support: Help retailers improve sales by reviewing performance and suggesting promotional activities
- Compliance Checks: Conduct site inspections to ensure retailers meet accessibility and program standards
- Equipment Training: Teach retailers how to use Lottery equipment, handle tickets, and follow reporting steps
- Marketing Delivery: Provide point-of-sale materials and explain upcoming games and promotions
- Route Management: Visit stores on a set route to load ticket stock, check equipment, and review cash procedures

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Home Headquartered: This position is home headquartered, however you will be expected to report to your assigned area office on a weekly basis. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Four years of experience in progressively responsible sales or marketing work; or
- Any equivalent experience and training.
Special Requirements:
- You must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
Additional Requirements:
- You must abide by the prohibition guidelines and refrain from gambling in Pennsylvania casinos, or any casino outside of Pennsylvania with the same owners.
- This position will travel to cover Berks County. The candidate must reside in Berks County in one of the following zip codes: 19530, 19522, 19547, 19512, 19538, 19511, 19536, 19562, 19539, 18011, 18056, 19503, 19504, 19505, 19545. Relocation is not an option.
- You must have four or more years of sales experience.
- You must have four or more years of customer service experience in a sales environment.
- You must be able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
This position is subject to the provisions of a collective bargaining agreement or memorandum of understanding.
