LTL Account Management Associate - Internship Program

Scotlynn is a company focused on logistics and transportation, and they are seeking an LTL Account Management Associate Intern. The role involves assisting accounts with their LTL needs and maintaining customer relationships while performing various logistical and administrative tasks.

What you'll do:

• Managing logistics processes
• Consulting with Logistics Account Managers regularly to provide customer support and resolve problems
• Planning based off market conditions, customer needs, and workload
• Conducting business development activities through identifying prospective customers, following leads, customer maintenance and carrier maintenance
• Invoicing purchase orders
• Performing administrative duties, such as preparing and budgeting sales goal reports, keeping clientele and sales records
• Meeting regularly with sales team to discuss company, departmental, and team goals

What they're looking for:

• High School diploma
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Able to work 25-30+ hours a week (Monday - Friday)
• Bachelor's degree (or in process of obtaining) within the Business discipline of Marketing, Management or another related field
• Knowledge of multiple sales and marketing disciplines
