What You'll Do:
✨ Maintain Madame Tussauds’ world-famous wax figures to exceptional quality standards through routine maintenance, restoration, touch-ups, and repairs.
🛠️ Perform wax and fiberglass repairs, painting, hair styling, and costume maintenance to ensure figures remain lifelike, realistic, and guest-ready.
🎨 Install and style figures, ensuring positioning, lighting, costume presentation, and overall appearance align with approved creative briefs and brand standards.
📅 Manage maintenance schedules, supplies, budgets, and documentation to ensure work is completed on time and within established guidelines.
🚚 Prepare, pack, transport, and set up figures for PR events, market research activities, offsite appearances, and storage while maintaining quality and brand standards.
🌟 Represent the Madame Tussauds brand professionally during celebrity appearances, PR events, color checks, and other special engagements.
📊 Monitor guest feedback and quality performance measures to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in figure realism and presentation.
🤝 Collaborate with attraction leadership, operational teams, and studio management to ensure figure maintenance supports business and guest experience objectives.
🔍 Assess figure condition, proactively identify maintenance needs, and utilize appropriate techniques, materials, and reference materials to achieve world-class results.
📁 Maintain accurate maintenance records, reference files, and inventory documentation.
⚡ Troubleshoot maintenance challenges, identify solutions, and seek appropriate support when needed to maintain figure quality and operational timelines.
🦺 Follow all health, safety, operational, and brand standards while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
What You'll Bring:
🎨 A creative eye and passion for detail, realism, color, and presentation.
🧑🎨 Hands-on experience in maintenance, restoration, repair, styling, craftsmanship, or a related artistic field.
👀 Ability to assess and maintain highly realistic, lifelike quality standards.
💇 Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, wax figure repair techniques, painting, hair styling, costume care, and fiberglass repair.
