This program will offer you hands-on work along with real-world research and development opportunities. As a top Fortune 50 company, we hire the best - we cannot wait for you to join our team! ## What You Can Expect: - Summer Internship Dates: Wednesday, 6/1/2027 - Wednesday, 8/11/2027 (10 weeks) - Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week - As the summer program has a short duration, it is expected that hired interns will be available throughout the entire summer internship with minimal to no disruptions in their work schedule. - Pay: $28.00/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend! - Work Arrangement: Remote - Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed below) may be considered for 100% remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events. Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship. - Hub Locations: Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ; or Bloomington, IL ## Qualifications We Are Looking For Current Full-Time College Students With: - Seeking full-time college or university students (Freshmen, Sophomore & Juniors) - Coursework or majors in Information Systems/IT or equivalent majors, including but not limited to Computer Science, Engineering, and related majors. - Students with a desire to work with Mainframe skills and work for State Farm upon graduation. - Drive and initiative to lead and affect positive change - Leadership skills through extracurricular and professional endeavors - Ability to thrive in a team environment, both in-person and virtual - Effective communication skills, both oral and written - A can-do attitude, and someone who loves to have a bit of fun! - The ability to work in an environment that emphasizes information sharing, collaboration, teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity. - Strong aptitude and desire to learn new languages and frameworks.
