Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
Location: Wickliffe, OH
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our 3rd shift manufacturing operations in Wickliffe, Ohio. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, and working in a hands-on industrial environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact while expanding your technical skills in automation, robotics, and manufacturing maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Support PLC troubleshooting, light programming, and robotics maintenance
- Complete welding, soldering, and pipe-fitting repairs as needed
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely
- Support plant maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory and equipment documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Vacuum furnace maintenance and repair experience is a plus
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
