Position Summary

Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Maintenance Technician for The Communities of River Crossing in St. Paul. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and takes pride in keeping a high-end multi-family community in top shape.

Key Responsibilities

• Unit Turns: Prepare vacant apartments to a "market-ready" condition with high attention to detail.
• Service Excellence: Respond to resident service requests (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) in a prompt and professional manner.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintain logs for all mechanical systems, including HVAC and water heaters.
• Site Upkeep: Maintain beautiful curb appeal by keeping grounds and common areas free of debris.
• Compliance: Ensure all work meets Fair Housing Policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years in multi-family housing or the Hospitality industry.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Certifications: CPO and EPA Universal certifications required.
• Tools: Must provide your own basic hand tools.
• Software: Experience with Yardi and Tax Credit/Market-rate communities is a plus.
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
