In this role, you will maximize plant uptime by performing preventative maintenance (PM), emergency repairs, and troubleshooting on high-speed automated processing equipment. What you'll do... Develops and maintains electrical schematics, inspection procedures, technical documentation, and safety compliance standards in accordance with electrical codes and regulations. Designs, deploys, and supports electrical systems, control panels, and cabinet architectures while ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance throughout fabrication, installation, and maintenance processes. Demonstrates advanced expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical and mechanical equipment, utilizing technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. Leads electrical inspections, equipment evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities, identifying trends, recommending improvements, and ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement business processes, support operational priorities, drive continuous improvement, promote ethical compliance, and deliver high-quality customer-focused solutions. The hourly wage range for this position is $31.85 - $39.85* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
