Maintenance Technician- My Vacation Haven

Essential Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly inspect any reported maintenance issues to ensure maintenance standards are met. Update appropriate team members of the status of each maintenance call.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections.
• Work orders are documented on a computer. Document the results of the inspections, resolve deficiencies, and write work orders for larger maintenance issues. Inspect for any damages and immediately report to the manager.
• Maintain key control policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues.
• Effectively communicate to other team members.
• Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

• 1 year of maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be available to working some holidays, weekends, and work the emergency after hours schedule.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Experience within the field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
• Exert 50+ pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and stand most of the time
• Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
• Subject to internal and external environmental conditions

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
