About this role
Minimum 2 years experience in at least two trades (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting). Ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labor, lift up to 45 lbs unassisted (100 lbs assisted), follow safety/environmental rules, complete safety/security training, and maintain work logs.
