Baker Tilly is seeking a Managed Services Associate in HR Consulting.

You will have the opportunity to:
Administer employee benefit programs, including FSAs, HSAs, commuter benefits, Section 125 plans, and other tax-advantaged benefits.
Support payroll and HR administration by processing employee transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with payroll-related activities.
Process benefit enrollments, eligibility changes, life events, and terminations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Respond to employee, client, and vendor inquiries related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
Support annual open enrollment, employee communications, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with clients, insurance carriers, payroll providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
Participate in client meetings, continuous process improvements, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Successful candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in human resources, payroll, benefits administration, or a related client service role preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration systems is a plus.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future.
Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above

The pay rate range for this job position is $51,200 to $69,700. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
