Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will administer, supervise, or perform professional, scientific or technical work such as engineering projects, systems, processes, equipment, devices and material or methods.
• You will administer, supervise, or perform professional and scientific work that is focused on space, time, matter, and energy in the areas of sound, optics, heat, and radiation.
• You will administer, supervise, or perform professional and scientific work focused on the design, development and adaptation of mathematical, statistical, and other scientific methods and techniques to analyze problems.
• You will administer, supervise, or perform professional and scientific work such as application of, or research into computer science methods and techniques to store, manipulate, transform or present information by means of computer systems.

Qualification Summary

NM-05 In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band NM-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing subject matter expertise as a recognized leader of a particular area of technology or family of systems. NM-04 In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading a team and providing technical, project management, and contract oversight; and applying basic budgetary and financial management principles.
