As Manager, Digital Operations, Data & Innovation, you will help enable the success of the Licensed Coffeehouse business across the U.S. and Canada through leadership of digital operations, business systems, data management, and technology initiatives. You will partner closely with Licensed Coffeehouse, Supply Chain, technology teams, and external partners to deliver operational excellence, support product commercialization, and identify innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and the licensee experience.
As a Manager, Digital Operations, Data & Innovation, you will:
- Lead digital operations and business systems support – Serve as the primary business lead for Licensed Coffeehouse technology capabilities, driving system enhancements, operational support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across critical business platforms.
- Enable successful business execution and commercialization – Partner with Supply Chain, Commercialization, Merchandising, Planning, and Distribution teams to support product launches, promotional programs, operational readiness, and licensee success across the U.S. and Canada.
- Drive innovation through data and technology – Leverage analytics, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness, strengthen business insights, and create scalable solutions for the Licensed Coffeehouse business.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships – Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise technology teams, licensees, and vendors to translate business needs into effective solutions and deliver impactful business outcomes.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team – Establish priorities, coach and develop partners, foster innovation and accountability, and create an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.
