Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

This position will provide all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to our Shared Services functions and operate as the OneStream financial system administrator.  In addition, this position will provide key analytical and reporting support to the SVP Finance. This position will assist with the day-to-day operations and work closely with the Sr. Leaders within our Shared Services areas to ensure the accuracy, integrity and timely reporting of the financial data.  This position will report directly to the SVP Finance.

Responsibilities

• Core FP&A activities which include budgeting, forecasting and value-added analysis for the supported organizations
• Utilize budget and forecasting tools to provide improved visibility and accuracy of business projections
• Manage P&L actual/budget/forecast variance analysis during the monthly/quarterly close process and advise on results to assist in effective business management
• Operate as OneStream financial system administrator
• Review department cost structures throughout global organization, to reduce and/or minimize spend throughout the Shared Services functions
• Work with Business Unit FP&A leaders to assist, implement and validate cost allocations within the Shared Services functions
• Support with executive presentations for business updates and Board meetings
• Develop and track key performance metrics and dashboards
• Assist with adhoc analysis and special projects as assigned by Finance management

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
• MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis role, required
• OneStream or Hyperion Essbase experience preferred
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
