JOB SUMMARY
Established in 1999, Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC is Pennsylvania's oldest professional soccer team and one of the
longest-operating pro soccer teams in the United States. The team plays its home games at F.N.B. Stadium, which
opened in 2013 as a team-owned, soccer-specific stadium in Pittsburgh's South Shore neighborhood. The team is
an original member of the USL Championship, which began play in 2011 and has grown to become the world's

The Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC and Pittsburgh Riveters SC are seeking an organized, creative, and energetic Manager of Game Presentation & Promotions to support the planning and execution of matchday entertainment, in-stadium promotions, theme nights, and fan engagement at F.N.B. Stadium.
This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in sports, college athletics, live events, promotions, fan engagement, marketing, or event operations. The position will help bring Riverhounds and Riveters matchdays to life by building game scripts, coordinating promotional elements, supporting sponsor activations, and assisting with live run-of-show execution from pregame through postgame.
While the primary focus will be Riverhounds and Riveters home matches, this role may also support game presentation and event production needs for select outside events hosted at F.N.B. Stadium. The role will also oversee the organization's internship and associate programs, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, management, and university outreach for fall, spring, and summer sessions.

• Direct live execution by helping cue PA reads, music, videoboard elements, promotions, sponsor elements, and fan engagement moments.
• Communicate with PA announcers, DJs, in-game hosts, mascot performers, videoboard operators, production staff, interns, promotions staff, and stadium operations.
Promotions, Theme Nights & Fan Engagement
• Lead development and execution of promotional concepts, theme nights, giveaways, contests, and fan engagement opportunities.
• Brainstorm new ideas that improve the matchday experience for families, supporters, youth soccer players, groups,
partners, and first-time fans.
• Work with marketing, ticketing, partnerships, community, communications, creative, merchandise, and operations teams
to bring promotional plans to life.
• Support rivalry matches, playoff matches, youth soccer activations, community nights, special events, and other marquee matchday initiatives.

• Work with the corporate partnerships team to help schedule and execute sponsor-related game presentation elements,
including PA reads, videoboard features, contests, presentations, and activations.
• Assist with scripts, timelines, entertainment plans, and run-of-show documents for select F.N.B. Stadium events, including watch parties, tournaments, community events, private events, and other stadium programming.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage game day promotions staff and part-time event support staff.
• Maintain organized files for game scripts, rundowns, promotional inventory, staffing plans, sponsor elements, and event
recaps.
• Review each matchday presentation and help identify ways to improve future events.
• Work with Marketing team to identify high value regional markets for HypeSquad deployment then coordinate grassroots
marketing events.

that supports organizational needs and professional development.

and increase awareness of Riverhounds opportunities.
