About this role
The Clinical Nurse Manager is accountable for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care for a specific patient care unit on a 24-hour basis. This includes oversight for clinical operations and human resources, financial, and quality management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Nursing Baccalaureate degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 5 years of clinical experience.
- 3 years of progressive management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree: Nursing or a health-related field.
- Upon hire: National certification in specialty area.
