Job Description

Position Purpose:

This role partners with Product Principals, Business Stakeholders and delivery teams to maintain alignment on outcomes and sequencing while helping remove barriers to execution. Partners with delivery teams to identify blockers early and accelerate resolution through escalation and coordination.
  • 30% - Intake, Demand Shaping & Planning - Facilitates intake from business partners, ensuring requests are clearly defined (problem, outcomes, value, urgency, success measures). Supports planning cycles by preparing demand views, sizing inputs, and readiness artifacts needed for prioritization decisions. Ensures the work pipeline is transparent and that stakeholders understand next steps and requirements.
  • 25% - Stakeholder Alignment & Team Enablement - Produces executive-ready updates and ensures communications translate complex delivery realities into simple, decision-oriented narratives. Facilitates updates to PPRs and MBRs. Builds and maintains cross-functional relationships that enable rapid alignment and conflict resolution.
