This leadership role is located onsite in Palmdale, CA.
The position will lead integration for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization supporting a program division within Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems and will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain. Responsible and accountable for GSC integration with overall scaling activities across the program, which includes ramp initiatives, NCTA and capital projects, and affordability efforts. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing synchronized GSC strategies for all sites with regards to rate readiness. Serves as the senior GSC leader to work horizontally across all functions to ensure alignment with key objectives.

Execution:
- Key leadership interface for program and functional senior leadership
- Responsible and accountable for GSC integration with scaling efforts for all sites
- Provides leadership for the GSC organization in a matrixed environment, ensuring strategies and plans are aligned with business objectives
- Leads GSC rhythm to optimize visibility and ensure timely communication
- Will participate in cross-functional meetings, collaborating on solution sets
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field, Masters degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field, or high school diploma/equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
- Experience leading in a matrixed environment
- Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience
Current active U.S. Government Secret clearance
Ability to attain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Project Management expertise with integration toolset
- Experience with business case development and execution
- Extensive program management experience
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes
