International Motor’s Tulsa Bus Plant is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team!
International Motors has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor in the EV/CBC center. The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will be the primary resource for Tulsa Operations for establishing technical expertise on the principles of Lean Manufacturing. Position will work directly with appropriate disciplines within the facilities to provide operational effectiveness/efficiency solutions in several key areas i.e. Process Capability, Absenteeism/Workmanship, Facilities/Tooling/Materials.
The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will report to the Manufacturing Operations Manager. This position will oversee between 40-60 employees.
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday through Friday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives
- Supervises daily manufacturing operations by leading production teams to achieve safety, quality delivery and while driving continuous improvment initiatives
- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
- Plans and administers procedures and budgets
- Makes budgetary recommendations and may control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor
- Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience
OR
- Master's degree and at least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience
OR
- At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
