RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure incoming and outgoing wire are completed within service level.
- Manage Money Movement General Ledgers exceptions and escalations timely.
- Oversee ACH Exception process flow and Outgoing wire processing.
- Address escalated customer inquiries quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, and trends and propose process improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to make improvements and document workflows.
- Work with leadership to ensure deliverables are provided timely.
- Prepare detailed communication materials, both presentations and memos, for senior leadership.
- Proactively resolve potential issues, with escalation as appropriate.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent military experience
- General understanding of basic money movement process flows
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Accounting or Business Administrative
- Prior Back Office Money Movement experience
