Market Operations Junior Analyst Program Hybrid

Citi is a global financial institution seeking candidates to join its Markets Operations team in a permanent entry-level role. The position supports the trade lifecycle, investigates operational issues, strengthens controls, contributes to process improvements and automation, and partners with internal teams and external clients.

What you'll do:

• Impact Global Markets: Support key stages of the trade lifecycle, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently on behalf of our clients
• Solve Real Operational Challenges: Investigate issues, analyze discrepancies, and work with teams across the business to deliver timely solutions
• Strengthen Controls & Improve How We Work: Perform essential checks that help safeguard our business, while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies
• Build Strong Client Partnerships: Work directly with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries, support trade processing, and ensure a smooth front‑to‑back experience
• Build Market & Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and the systems that enable global trading at scale
