The Specialist makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all Customers in a prominent, courteous and friendly manner deterring opportunity for theft by demonstrating %22Command%22 presence and wearing a body worn camera. Must embrace Company values and have a mentality to protect the Ross treasure. This position will support the Area Loss Prevention Manager (ALPM) by working at assigned Stores within the market as prioritized by the ALPM.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EThe base pay range for this role is %2418.40 – %2422.21. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
