Marketing Advisor

Ebenezer is a senior cooperative organization seeking a Marketing Advisor to support marketing operations at Becketwood Cooperative in Minneapolis. The role develops and executes marketing plans, coordinates events, maintains contact databases and waitlists, supports unit sales, conducts tours, and builds positive relationships with prospects, residents, families, and professionals.

What you'll do:

• Works with marketing committee and Property Manager to develop an annual marketing plan and to develop a budget that supports the established marketing plan
• Executes marketing activities:
• Develops marketing collateral, website and printed materials
• Serves as a resource to the marketing committee
• Plans and coordinates marketing events such as open houses
• Develops and maintains database of contacts, up-to-date records
• Builds awareness about the HOA in the community
• Assists with selling process:
• Maintains waitlist
• Schedules and conducts tours
• Maintains regular contact with perspective buyers
• Facilitates pre-closings and closings of unit sales

What they're looking for:

• 1 year of previous experience
• Real Estate License: Minnesota Real Estate License within 1-1/2 Years
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of previous experience
