Marketing Analytics Intern

NinjaHoldings is a consumer finance company offering digital banking, lending, underwriting, fraud detection, and analytics services. The Marketing Analytics Intern will support marketing data pipelines, dashboards, and funnel analysis using SQL and Python, while developing data-driven recommendations and partnering with cross-functional teams on testing and optimization.

What you'll do:

• Monitor key funnel metrics through reports and dashboards to track channel performance, diagnose deviations, and surface root-cause insights
• Use SQL and Python to analyze funnel trends, quantify drop-off drivers, and provide recommendations to optimize
• Communicate findings in a clear, concise way to stakeholders
• Assist in updating and maintaining DBT data models in Snowflake to streamline reporting
• Help enhance Periscope dashboards by adding new charts and metrics to improve visibility across the marketing funnel
• Partner with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering to implement strategy changes, monitor releases, and conduct post-release impact analysis

What they're looking for:

• * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• * Strong ability to write queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Must be comfortable with joins, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions
• * Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail
• *Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.*
• * Advanced degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, operations research, quantitative finance, physics, engineering, computer sciences, etc.)
• * Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• * Proficiency using Python
• Candidates must be local or able to relocate independently - relocation assistance is not provided
