Marketing Analytics (Marketing Efficacy) Co-op

The TJX Companies, Inc. is a leading off-price retailer seeking a Marketing Analytics Co-op to support consumer insights and marketing effectiveness initiatives. The role analyzes customer behavior, marketing channel and partner ROI, and creative effectiveness while developing dashboards and recommendations for audience strategy, investment decisions, and creative messaging.

What you'll do:

• Develop deep understanding of customer behavior at TJX and recommendations on audiences to target
• Develop insights on creative effectiveness of TJX vs. US Retailer landscape through in depth analysis of syndicated creative testing solutions
• Create dashboards and reporting to support organization’s understanding of marketing ROIs
• Collaborate with our business partners to share insights and recommendations

• Current students who are highly motivated self-starters, with the ability to prioritize effectively, be proactive and flexible, and demonstrate a strong bias for action in a fast-paced professional environment
• Problem solvers who can move complexity to clarity
• Excellent communicators able to deliver results concisely and in compelling way
• Ability to adjust direction with feedback
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Cloud-based platform a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, charts, v-look up, etc.) and Microsoft Office
• Students eligible for an intermediate or advanced co-op
• Ideal candidate would have strong analytic education (i.e. Mathematics, Statistics) and passion for applying toward Marketing
• Experience with data visualization and complementing tools (i.e. PowerBI) preferred
