Marketing and Communication Coordinator

Nazareth Home is an award-winning nonprofit long-term care and recovery community providing person-centered health and wellness services for aging adults. The Marketing and Communication Coordinator will coordinate internal and external communications, support marketing and development activities, manage digital content and CRM updates, and organize community and employee engagement initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate communication strategies with outside vendors to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment, including building relationships with media outlets
• Collaborate with Vice Presidents to align messaging and themes for the monthly newsletter as well as the annual report
• Develop, manage, and distribute organizational communications, including social media content and social media grid calendar, mass email campaigns, and the monthly newsletter
• Manage subscriber updates through our CRMs
• Support the development office by assisting with inquiries and campaigns, processing donations, maintaining tribute lists, preparing and sending acknowledgments, and assisting with deposit documentation and monthly funds analysis for the CFO
• Assist with development of print and advertising materials
• Assist in developing and maintaining the advertising and marketing budget in collaboration with the Vice President
• Administration and promotion of the annual Best Places to Work survey and recognition, as well as other employee engagement activities as needed
• Coordinate Community Education Series, including promotion, logistics, and survey evaluation

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university
• One to two years' experience in marketing, business administration or related field
• Louisville, KY 40205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
