About this role

WRNS Studio is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support business development, pursuits, brand, communications, and marketing operations across its studios. The role will create brand materials, coordinate proposal efforts, support project storytelling, and help improve marketing systems and workflows.

What you'll do:

  • Support client-facing business development efforts through presentations, opportunity research, and strategic materials
  • Assist with pipeline tracking and market intelligence
  • Produce proposals, qualifications packages, shortlist materials, and interview presentations to help WRNS win new projects
  • Ensure deadlines are communicated across teams and met on time
  • Manage consultant inputs, internal reviews, and pursuit workflows
  • Help maintain consistency, quality, and strong visual communication across submissions
  • Maintain project tearsheets, resumes, and firm collateral
  • Support graphic consistency and visual storytelling aligned with the WRNS brand
  • Support award and conference submissions
  • Help develop thought leadership content, social media postings, and project storytelling
  • Help shape project narratives for internal and external audiences
  • Help maintain and improve marketing systems including Airtable, OpenAsset, and internal project databases

What they're looking for:

  • 1-5 years of marketing or communications experience in architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, or a professional services firm
  • Experience producing proposals, qualifications packages, interview materials, and marketing collateral
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
  • Proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong graphic sensibility with careful attention to layout, formatting, and visual communication
  • Interest in process improvement, systems thinking, and evolving technology
  • Strong graphic sensibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
