Marketing Assistant (Must possess strong attention to detail, and analytical skills)

CCO Certification, a subsidiary of the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators, develops certification standards and assessments for load handling equipment professionals. The Marketing Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and analytical support to the marketing department, including maintaining customer databases and CRM systems, supporting e-commerce operations, creating documents, and assisting with marketing initiatives and analytics.

What you'll do:

• Create, maintain and publish externally facing handbooks and documents that support the organization
• Assist with maintaining and updating the e-commerce store, including uploading products, updating descriptions and images, inventory, answering questions, and helping monitor online store performance
• Maintain CRM and customer databases, manage marketing calendars, assisting stakeholders, organize files and digital assets, and provide general support to the marketing team
• Assist with marketing analytics, promotional initiatives, content creation, updating website content, email marketing efforts, and other projects as assigned

What they're looking for:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
• Microsoft Office Skills
