Marketing Associate (58359)

MARLEYLILLY is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its Paid Advertising team. This entry-level role supports the execution and optimization of campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, analyzes performance data, assists with campaign setup, and identifies opportunities to improve results.

What you'll do:

• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Support campaign execution, including audience creation, creative uploads, and campaign launches
• Monitor daily campaign performance and flag trends or anomalies
• Pull and analyze campaign performance reports (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc.)
• Help test new audiences, creative variations, and campaign strategies
• Collaborate with the creative and merchandising teams to ensure ads align with brand messaging
• Assist with competitive research and industry trend monitoring
• Maintain campaign documentation and organization within advertising platforms
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
