Marketing Associate

Aru Labs is seeking a Marketing Associate to support and grow its marketing efforts across digital channels. The role involves creating content, researching audiences and markets, executing campaigns, tracking performance, testing new channels, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

• Support day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns
• Create and publish content across social media and other channels
• Research audiences, markets, competitors, and trends
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Work on email, social media, community, and content initiatives
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Test new marketing ideas and channels
• Coordinate with design, content, sales, and other teams
• Help improve brand awareness and audience growth

• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing

• Strong research and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable experimenting and learning quickly
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics is a plus
• Previous marketing experience is a plus, but not required
