Marketing Associate

BayCare Health System is a healthcare organization seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives and service line objectives. The role executes campaigns, coordinates marketing assets and deliverables, supports events and communications, and collaborates with internal partners and external vendors.

What you'll do:

• Supports marketing initiatives that advance organizational and service line objectives
• Executes marketing projects and campaign tactics in collaboration with assigned marketing team members and key stakeholders
• Coordinates marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution
• Assists with campaign implementation, project management, event support, and marketing communications
• Collaborates with internal partners and external vendors to support marketing efforts
• Maintains strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Develops a working knowledge of healthcare marketing, market trends, consumer insights, physician relationships, and competitive dynamics
• Demonstrates strong organizational, planning, communication, and time-management skills while working independently and as part of a team

What they're looking for:

• Candidates MUST reside in Florida
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
• Required: Minimum one (1) year of marketing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work, assess needs, and apply sound judgment within established guidelines
• Preferred: Copywriting experience for web and digital platforms
