Marketing Associate

Pérez Law, PC is a workers' compensation and personal injury law firm with offices in Ontario and Pomona. The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing, social media, website updates, design, content coordination, event planning, and brand-consistent marketing materials.

What you'll do:

• Support day-to-day marketing, social media, and website needs
• Coordinate with our external marketing and SEO agency on content, revisions, and approvals
• Assist with content/shoot days, including preparation, scheduling, and on-site coordination
• Create and update company graphics and marketing materials
• Assist with planning and coordinating firm events, holiday activities, staff initiatives, and other marketing-related activities
• Help manage marketing calendars, deadlines, creative assets, and ongoing projects
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and overall quality

What they're looking for:

• Graphic design background or experience required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, required; Photoshop is a plus
• Strong visual sense and understanding of layout, typography, and branding
• Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content practices
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Fast learner who is proactive, reliable, and able to take direction and feedback well
• Portfolio or previous work samples strongly preferred
