Marketing Associate

Share Local Media is a direct mail and out-of-home marketing agency, media program operator, and technology platform serving technology and e-commerce brands. The Marketing Associate will develop and measure direct mail campaigns, advise clients on channel strategy, manage client communications and records, and collaborate across teams to improve campaign performance.

What you'll do:

• Work with brand partners to develop strategic direct mail marketing plans and measure the performance of executed campaigns against target KPIs
• Serve as a channel expert to clients by making recommendations and sharing best practices
• Support clients with written and verbal communications throughout the campaign process
• Nurture client relationships by learning about their needs and developing solutions that fit their needs
• Maintain accurate client records, track market selections, monitor key deadlines, and organize POs for mailed marketing campaigns
• Develop marketing knowledge and apply learnings to boost client performance and support future channel strategies
• Work cross-functionally across all major teams at SLM

What they're looking for:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, account management, or finance
• Passion for marketing, client communication, and relationship management
• Strong sense of urgency and great time management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
• Very comfortable with analytics
• Self-starter and problem solver with a get it done attitude
• The ability to work independently and manage relationships
