Marketing Campaign Intern

Aptean is a global provider of industry-specific software solutions. The Marketing Campaign Intern will support the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns, particularly for the equipment business, while gaining experience in campaign execution, project coordination, data management, and marketing operations.

What you'll do:

• Campaign Execution: Assist with the build and launch of multi-channel campaigns across our verticals, with a primary focus on our equipment business, including email, landing pages, paid media assets, and webinar and event promotion
• Marketing Support: Help coordinate campaign assets across content, design and digital teams, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule and on brand
• Data Management: Support audience segmentation, UTM tracking, and data hygiene across our marketing campaigns to ensure accurate reporting and targeting
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the campaign process
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, updating shared documents, and managing campaign documentation and deadlines

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing automation, CRM and graphic design tools is a plus
• A passion for B2B marketing and a willingness to learn is essential!
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive, adaptable, and able to handle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously; positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Prior experience in marketing, especially campaign, program or demand generation marketing, is preferred but not required
