Marketing Co-op / Intern

Horsburgh & Scott is a recognized leader in the design, manufacture, repair, and service of industrial gears and gearboxes. They are seeking a Marketing Co-op / Intern who will support internal and external marketing initiatives by creating content, assisting with branding campaigns, and engaging with various stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms to promote company news, careers, employees, products, and culture
• Support employer branding campaigns, including “Delivering the Difference” initiatives
• Develop employee spotlight stories, photos, and success features
• Assist with recruiting marketing materials, career fair displays, brochures, and digital content
• Support website content updates and continuous improvement projects
• Create graphics, presentations, flyers, and communication materials
• Assist with video/photo content highlighting manufacturing capabilities and employees
• Support trade show, customer, and community engagement initiatives
• Track social media activity, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness
• Bring fresh ideas to improve brand awareness and employee engagement

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Junior, or Senior standing preferred
• Experience or interest in: LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Experience or interest in: Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience or interest in: Photography/video editing
• Experience or interest in: Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience or interest in: Digital marketing analytics
