Marketing Coordinator

BathWorks of Michigan is a locally owned home improvement company specializing in Jacuzzi bath and shower remodeling. The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing projects, creative materials, vendor communications, campaigns, data gathering, reporting, lead tracking, referral programs, public relations, and community initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate Marketing projects, timelines, and follow-up
• Maintain reports, trackers, and spreadsheets
• Support creative requests, signage, collateral, and promotions
• Assist with vendor communication and campaign updates
• Help gather data and support reporting and lead tracking
• Support referral, PR, and community initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and stakeholders with reliable follow-through
• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and learning new marketing, CRM, reporting, and project-management tools
• Collaborative, process-oriented, and able to identify questions or inconsistencies and escalate them appropriately
• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree or internship experience is a plus
