Marketing Coordinator

Bites and Blends operates two independently branded restaurant concepts, Wake Coffee and Bites & Blends, in Ambler and Dresher, Pennsylvania. The Marketing Coordinator will manage social media content, influencer partnerships, and events and community engagement to build brand awareness and memorable customer experiences.

What you'll do:

• Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
• Film, photograph, edit, and publish content that showcases our food, drinks, atmosphere, team, and customer experience
• Develop creative content ideas that align with each brand’s unique identity
• Manage social media accounts for both businesses, including planning and scheduling posts
• Stay on top of social media trends and identify creative opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Regularly visit both restaurant locations to capture fresh, authentic content
• Research and identify relevant local influencers and content creators
• Proactively reach out to influencers and invite them to collaborate with our restaurants
• Coordinate influencer visits, including scheduling, communication, and on-site arrangements
• Manage the entire collaboration process, from initial outreach to ensuring agreed-upon content is published
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and local community partners
• Track influencer collaborations and their results
