Marketing Coordinator

Coulter Services is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and implementation of marketing plans for multiple accounts. The role focuses on sales growth, market penetration, customer retention, brand image, and measuring marketing program effectiveness.

What you'll do:

• Develop strategies to provide managers with customized templates for campus signage and daily menu displays
• Measure marketing program effectiveness and gather customer feedback
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal teams to achieve objectives
• Collaborate with various management levels within the organization
• Influence decision-making related to marketing initiatives
• Achieve financial results through team efforts and support business growth

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Effective sales and presentation abilities
• Relevant field marketing experience preferred
• Contract-managed service experience is a plus
