Marketing Coordinator

Entre Computer Services is a managed service provider offering IT solutions and services. The Marketing Coordinator will support campaigns, content creation, social media, lead generation, market research, events, reporting, and collaboration with sales teams to promote the company’s offerings.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our managed IT services and solutions
• Help create engaging content for our website, blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing materials that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, creating regular posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics
• Assist in generating qualified leads through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and outreach efforts, including managing follow-up strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help guide the direction of marketing strategies and initiatives
• Support in organizing and executing virtual or in-person events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our offerings and engage with potential clients
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using tools such as social media insights, and CRM platforms
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with sales objectives and strategies

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or MSP industry (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and email marketing tools (e.g., GlassHive, Mailchimp, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or IT services sector
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Connectwise
• Graphic design skills for creating visual content for marketing campaigns
