Marketing Coordinator

Grand Island Casino Resort is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of marketing events and promotional activities. The role assists the Marketing Manager with entertainment, special events, promotions, community projects, marketing collateral, event logistics, budgets, and customer inquiries.

What you'll do:

• Assists Marketing Manager in coordinating entertainment, special events, fairs and community projects
• Creates and maintains cost analysis for each event
• Prepares purchase orders for marketing projects and events based on budget
• Help develop and coordinate direct mail and newsletter pieces
• Help develop and coordinate promotions, contests and giveaways
• Help create player development packages
• Resolves customer complaints and questions regarding promotions, events etc
• Coordinates events with Resort Club and other departments
• Assists Marketing Manager in maintaining property collateral (signage, information packages etc.)
• Coordinates set up and tear down of events and promotional areas under the direction of the Marketing Manager
• Ensures proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are followed
• Attends all company required training

• Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license
• Must hold a valid gaming license in accordance with the Gaming Commission regulations
