About this role
Grossman Young & Hammond is an immigration and international human rights law firm seeking a creative, organized Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support its Director of Marketing & Communications. The role supports content creation, digital marketing, social media, graphic design, photography, videography, website updates, events, email marketing, and business development initiatives across the firm’s offices.
What you'll do:
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Record and edit professional-quality videos featuring attorneys, firm events, client education, and thought leadership
- Capture professional photography of attorneys, staff, events, and community initiatives
- Edit videos and photos for social media, the firm’s website, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
- Design graphics, brochures, presentations, social media content, advertisements, infographics, and other marketing materials consistent with the firm’s brand standards
- Assist with website updates, attorney biographies, blog posts, and practice area pages
- Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and platforms
- Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns
- Draft, schedule, and publish content across the firm’s digital platforms
- Assist with email newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Support blog publishing and website content management
- Monitor social media and website performance metrics and prepare basic reports
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree, current enrollment in a degree program, or equivalent relevant education and experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1–3 years of marketing experience or equivalent internship, freelance, academic, or agency experience
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Experience with video recording and editing
- Experience with photography and photo editing
- Graphic design experience with a strong eye for layout, branding, and visual storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, leadership, and staff
- Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
- Canva
