About this role

Peerless Pump Company, a Grundfos subsidiary, is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to produce marketing assets and coordinate campaigns across tradeshows, email, social, and digital channels. The role supports commercial growth and brand visibility by managing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors, tracking performance, and maintaining marketing resources.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across tradeshows, email, organic social, and paid digital channels, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing teams to develop campaign assets, messaging, and content that align with business objectives
  • Track campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future initiatives
  • Manage the marketing request queue and maintain collateral, digital assets, and content libraries to support ongoing campaigns
  • Coordinate with marketing vendors on deliverables, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Support internal communications through the Employee Activity Committee and assist the Marketing and Communication Director with administrative tasks and budget tracking

What they're looking for:

  • Organized, detail-oriented marketing professional with a knack for juggling multiple projects, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills that keep teams and partners in sync
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or Business Management — or comparable experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing planning, event planning, or tradeshow coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and reporting
  • Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Project management experience or familiarity with project management tools
  • Experience coordinating paid digital or email marketing campaigns
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Benefits:

  • Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • Any leave required under federal, state, or local law, as applicable, such as leave under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act
  • Overtime, if applicable
  • Employee stock purchase programs
  • Merit increases
  • 401(k) matching
  • Commission, if applicable
  • Bonuses
  • PTO/Vacation
  • Paid holidays
