Marketing Coordinator

Healthy Living is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help execute its marketing strategy and maintain a consistent brand across stores and digital channels. The role coordinates campaigns and partners, manages marketing communications and project timelines, supports in-store execution, and tracks campaign performance and related budgets.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, events, sponsorships, and community partnerships
• Serve as a key connection between store teams, merchandising, design, marketing agencies, and external vendors
• Help manage social media content, email campaigns, signage calendars, and other marketing communications
• Keep projects moving by managing timelines, creative requests, approvals, and deadlines
• Support in-store marketing execution through store visits, team communication, and brand standard oversight
• Organize product information, marketing files, and promotional materials while ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Assist with campaign tracking, performance metrics, market research, and budget and invoice coordination
• Identify fresh opportunities to engage our community, support store traffic, and strengthen the Healthy Living brand
