Marketing Coordinator

Hobbs+Black Architects is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, business development, and pursuit efforts. The role coordinates projects, digital communications, and brand initiatives while producing consistent, high-quality marketing materials.

What you'll do:

• Coordinates marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand, support business development, and deliver high-quality communications and pursuit materials
• Supports internal and external client relationships by providing responsive, organized, and professional marketing support that contributes to successful pursuits and communications
• Partners effectively with Marketing, Business Development, technical teams, and firm leadership to coordinate projects and achieve shared goals
• Develops an understanding of markets, services, clients, and strategic priorities while recognizing how marketing contributes to firm growth and competitive positioning
• Coordinates marketing projects accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
• Produces high-quality marketing materials that reflect brand standards
• Builds collaborative relationships that support pursuit success and organizational goals
• Manages multiple priorities while maintaining quality and responsiveness
• Demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and increasing independence in marketing responsibilities

What they're looking for:

• Advanced knowledge and technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with CRM, Social Media, and Proposal Management platforms
• Comfortability with website content management, brand standards, marketing communications, and digital marketing fundamentals
• Experience with event coordination, marketing databases, and graphic communication principles
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and confidence
• Bachelor's degree of Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
